Support from the IPS enabled Ariane Cosiaux to undertake exploratory fieldwork in the Western Highlands of Cameroon. This preliminary study became a part of Ariane’s Ph.D. project, which focuses on how people of the Western Highlands exploit Raphia mambillensis.
