EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of this Event, the IPS cannot offer any registration cancellations or refunds of registration fees.
The island of New Caledonia is a small island economy with very limited venues and vendors. As a result, the IPS is required to contract with the vendors and provide significant non-refundable deposits to secure the hotels and vendors providing the services for the Event. It is our recommendation that ALL registrants secure their own individual trip insurance to insure against any potential issues associated with the registrant not being able to attend the Event or the Event being cancelled for reasons outside the control of the IPS.
