After getting a BS in BioScience from Montana State, Len Geiger was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps which ended up bringing him to his current home of San Diego. His interest in palms started soon after buying a house on a 1 acre lot in Vista. Looking to create a garden that didn’t look like every other garden on the block, Len found PalmTalk and the bug took hold soon after. As the founder of WebIntellects, Inc. and The Be Different Company, Len joined the IPS BODs to bring his almost 20 years of online experience to the IPS.

When not in his garden, Len can be found traveling, biking, hiking or spending time with his two children.
